[VLC] Orange seek bar appearing in fullscreen after downgrade

Hi everyone, I am posting because I ran into an issue where the latest VLC version could not reproduce Opus audio, so I had to downgrade to an older version (3.0.20). Since doing that, whenever I use the arrow keys to seek forward or backward in fullscreen, I now see an orange progress bar on the OSD like in the attached image. Before the downgrade, I had the OSD enabled and could see the volume bar/timestamp on top right, but I never saw this orange bar when seeking. I am wondering if I previously had a bug (that I wish I could replicate) or if it is actually possible to enable the OSD except for this annoying bar. Or is there any way to tweak its aspect to make it thinner, darket etc.?)
